This chapter of my life is titled: Sewing.
My grandma and mom taught me to sew when I was younger and my girlfriend and I would sell scrunchies (Yeah.) and little pillows at school! I had forgotten ALLL I had learned but I've always wanted to be able to sew things for our house, and maybe even for me! Sewwww I decided to get a new sewing machine and dive back in! Here is my first project!
I even sewed zippers on them!!!
I can't wait to start my next project:)

I am so jealous you can sew!! I mean, I can sew on a button or close up a hole, but I definitely don't know how to make a pillow! With zippers!!! I didn't pay attention in sewing class in middle school. =0(

ReplyDeleteWOW I love those!!! Great job on the pillows, I've been wanting a sewing machine but I haven't the faintest idea how to sew. I can do things by hand (buttons, and I had to sew all of the clips on my hair extensions for my wedding.. awful) so I was thinking I'd start with some coasters or placemats. Something easy. You've inspired me, Chelsea!
