Celebrating Baby Jesus!

I hope everyone enjoyed and is still enjoying some Holiday festivities! Between all the Christmas parties, cookie exchanges, wine exchanges, festive dinners, ugly sweater bar crawls, and a partridge in a pear tree... I think we can all agree that there need to be at least 10 more days in December. It's such a wonderful month full of cheer, appreciation, time with loved ones, and a few sales ;) I think everyone tries to ride the wave of this beautiful time as long as possible, and remember how blessed each of us are.

What better way to catch up, than to show a few {lot} of pictures starting with Thanksgiving, kicking off the Holidays! {Grab a cup of coffee...I'm long winded with the photos today ;) but I just missed ya'll so!

Some of the guys enjoying some time outside while all the ladies bake pies :)

some naughty little munchkins, Parker and Greylin, discovering the ice chest!
Krystal and Pat were brave enough to host a whole gaggle of us one night! I have a wonderful recipe for pumpkin spice cookies from this new mama I'll post on a Domesticupcake...

Close to 20 pies were made this year! That's less than last year if you can believe it.

All our Christmas decor is in storage and i was not ambitious enough to dig it out this year, enter: dollar stalkings for our little family!

Thanks for sticking out the condensed catch up session! I wish I was better about taking pictures...but that can be a goal for 2011!

Wishing you all a healthy happy New Year! Bring on 2011!

Our wedding from another perspective...

Before I do a final re-cap with James' professional photos, I thought it'd be fun to share some of the day captured by our loved ones:) These photos are just as, if not more dear to my heart.
I like to call these, and the many more I just couldn't choose between,
"While the photographer was blinking"

Milk toast :)

nasty funk

that's a clinical term for what me and everyone I see on a reg. basis has come down with as of late! It entails  throbbing sinuses, cursing through the night as my eyes are watering and I'm coughing up flip flappity funk nasty.

So,naturally, this would be the day, no clean hair, makeup, or pretty attitude, that I would be required to dawn the ugliest dress in our store for the Shop Talk. Next time I'll be the first one to grab a dress. Lesson learned.

Don't be jealous ;) I promise a few of my fave wedding photos are coming, once I have the time and spirit to sift through them!

Happy Hump day!
